A great little spot to grab a quick lunch. Finally, a sushi chef that doesn't use too much rice! Thank you! Best avocado roll ever!

The menu is outstanding and the food is excellent. Yes, I raise an eyebrow at sushi in Laramie, but I have tried both the nagiri and sashimi and found them to be fresh (you know there are lots of ways to get fresh fish anywhere now...). Cooked items are great as well. Having grown up in a foodie town I can be skeptical, and this place delivers. The service is personable, communicative and timely and the prices are fair. Funky atmosphere is cozy when it's Laramie-cold outside.

Best sushi in Laramie. And the quality for the price surpasses anywhere else in town. They even offer hibachi items for those who may not enjoy sushi. The small space is cozy without being pretentious. Not only is Nikos my first recommendation for sushi, but also best restaurant in town.

How is there good sushi in Laramie? Who knows but there is. Don't miss it!

Rainbow Roll: crab, avocado, cucumber topped w. 5 kinds of fish Black Dragon Roll: shrimp tempura, cucumber, avocado topped w. eel sauce and sesame seeds Rising Sun Roll: California roll, baked salmon and dynamite sauce, eel sauce, green onion, sesame seeds We ordered them as take out. We took bites of the food before taking the pictures. They were delicious, definitely will order from here again.

Overall, I love this place. It has great food and normally has great service. I’ve been going there for years now. It’s been my favorite place in town, so to me it has earned this 5 star. However, today I went with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary. We got the blonde waiter that I’ve never been a big fan on. He often doesn’t check in and our drinks tend to me empty most of the time when I have him. Despite this, I’ve always tipped 20% or more (my mum taught me this and I’ve done it my whole life). Today was no different. We ordered extra stuff and did ask for a few things. He didn’t bring my second bowl of rice which came with what I ordered or the salad dressing. A few times I had to look over at him for him to come so I could ask for a refill. I said please and thank you, but I’ll admit I wasn’t the happiest looking. After we get the check, I hear him say to the other waitress, something like “I bet they won’t even tip” in such a rude tone, and I’m literally on the other side of the whole area from him. He’s by the cash register, and we are at the back wall. Not once have I ever tipped him less than 20% for his poor service. I recognize that he isn’t the business, but it is so frustrating every time I’ve had him

I travel a lot and eat sushi in many towns of America. This place deserve 5 stars. Nice sushi, excellent nigiri, you’ll find fish, where it is supposed to be, and a real crab meat where it is called crab in menu. Love red caviar nigiri (Salmon Roe) a lot. Thanks WY.

First introduction of sushi to my son. The waitress was fabulous and explained everything out and made him feel comfortable. In the end the sushi was fabulous and he wants it to be one of our regular places to go.
